Who is going to pay my medical bills in a car accident?

Even if you are at fault, med-pay coverage may cover the costs of your medical treatment irregardless of who is at fault. Med-pay coverage is an optional insurance choice which provides all medical bills resulting from the car accident will be paid up to the coverage limit (i.e. $1,000 or $5,000 or more).
